To access your Jackbit account, open the site in a desktop browser and use the login button to enter your email (or username) and password. The same credentials work across devices, so you can sign in on a PC at home and continue on the same account later.
Mobile access works through the browser on iOS and Android, with the login page laid out for smaller screens. You need a registered account to log in; without one, you can’t reach the personal area, balance, or cashier until you complete sign-up.
Open Jackbit in your mobile browser, tap “Log in,” and enter your email/username and password. If it keeps bouncing back to the homepage, disable any ad-blocker for the site and try again in a private/incognito tab.
Use “Forgot password” and reset it through the email link, then sign in with the new password. If you use a password manager, re-save the updated password so it doesn’t keep autofilling the old one.
If your account was created with a social sign-in option, use the same button you used at registration to log in. If you registered with email, log in with email and password unless you link a social method in your account settings.
Check Spam/Junk and Promotions folders, then search your inbox for “Jackbit” and retry once after a few minutes. If it still doesn’t arrive, confirm you’re using the same email you registered with and that your mailbox isn’t full.
Your browser is clearing cookies or blocking them, so Jackbit can’t keep your session. Allow cookies for the site and turn off “clear site data on exit” in your browser privacy settings.
Switch networks (Wi‑Fi to mobile data), then clear the site cache for Jackbit or try a different browser. If your region or ISP blocks the domain, a stable VPN connection usually loads the login page normally.
After you sign in, Jackbit may ask you to complete identity checks before you can withdraw, raise limits, or when account activity triggers a compliance review.
